Additional hours and work can be purchased on a month to month basis at a discounted rate from our standard fees. All work is charged at a minimum rate of 0.5 hours. Subject to terms and conditions.

General planning advice on a scheme specific basis or on themes (e.g. Green Belt development).

Site Assessments

Planning Application Management

From drafting to submission, we handle your applications and coordinate with relevant stakeholders. This can include managing relevant external consultants, and reviewing reports and plans.

Review of planning application drawings

Review site plans to assess their compliance with relevant planning policies and/or permitted development rights.
