It is a professional "Desktop Review" conducted by a Chartered Town Planner (MRTPI). We research your specific property and the local council's policies to give you a clear, honest assessment of what can be built.

Policy Check: Does your idea comply with the Local Plan and National Policy (NPPF)?
Planning History: Have there been previous refusals on the site? Has a neighbour successfully done the same thing?

The Strategy: The best route to take (e.g., Full Planning vs. Permitted Development / Prior Approval).
