Walsall Council have launched a Call for Sites. This is an important opportunity for landowners, developers and site promoters to tell the Council about sites which may have the potential for development and meet the needs of the area.

Sites submitted to the Walsall Call for Sites will be considered as part of the review of their Local Plan. If successful, your site could be allocated as part of the emerging plan.

The deadline for submissions is September 2024, but the Council's website says this may change. As such, we recommend submitting as soon as possible.
