Heritage Statements are important documents which provide an understanding of the historic significance of heritage assets, such as listed buildings and conservation areas.

If your proposal is close to a listed building, located within a conservation area, or proposes works to a listed building itself, you may be required to submit a Heritage Statement with your application.

At Cedar Planning we can help guide you through the process from start to finish. This can include the production of Heritage Statements and identifying when a Heritage Statement is likely to be required. Depending on the proposal, this can be incorporated into our Planning Statements.
